Program description

NestSprout Updates is the text message program of REGIONAL CONSULTANT ALLIANCE LLC d/b/a NestSprout, an independent financial education website. Subscribers can choose one or both of two separate, optional programs on our Get Updates page:

• Service updates and account notifications: messages about your subscription, such as sign-up confirmations, preference changes, and alerts when new guides or tools are published.
• Marketing messages: messages about NestSprout’s own content and tools, such as seasonal planning reminders and featured guides.

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the unchecked consent box for each program you want. Consent is not required to use the Site or to purchase any product or service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. To rejoin, sign up again on the Get Updates page.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be 18 or older and the account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) for the mobile number you provide.
