This Privacy Policy explains how REGIONAL CONSULTANT ALLIANCE LLC d/b/a NestSprout (“NestSprout,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nestsprout.org (the “Site”) or subscribe to our email or text message updates.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your first name, last name, email address, and, if you choose, your mobile phone number when you sign up for updates or contact us, plus the content of any message you send.
• Consent records: when you opt in to text messages, we record which consent boxes you checked, the date and time, the consent form version, the page URL, your browser’s user agent, and the referring page.
• Automatically collected information: standard technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through server logs and basic, privacy-friendly analytics.
• Planning tools: the calculators and checklists run in your browser. We do not receive or store the numbers you enter.

How we use information

• To send the email and text updates you requested, including confirmations and responses to HELP and STOP requests.
• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To keep records of consent and opt-outs as required by law and carrier rules.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Site.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send messages from NestSprout for the program(s) you selected. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and deliver messages (such as our form-processing, email, and text-messaging providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us, and when required by law or to protect our rights. These limits apply in all cases to text messaging opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with third parties for their own purposes.

The Site uses only the cookies or similar technologies needed for it to work and to understand overall usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention and security

We keep subscription and consent records for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to document consent and honor opt-outs. The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our updates program is for users 18 and older.
